Check this box after you finish reading our terms. - In consideration for the client using the services of Bru Med Travel, Inc. (Bru Med) the client agrees to the following. Bru Med, its owners, and employees act only as an agent or intermediary for various independent agents that provide accommodations, meals, transportation, sightseeing activities or other goods and services connected with any travel arrangements that the client has made by or with Bru Med (hereafter referred to as “travel related services”). The client’s utilization of the services of Bru Med for any travel related services and client’s participation in any travel related services provided by Bru Med is the client’s choice, that no representation or inducement were made by Bru Med to the client to utilize its services or to participate in any travel related services organized or arranged by Bru Med, and the client’s participation in any travel related services is wholly voluntary, in spite of, and with full knowledge of the potential risks associated with being exposed to the Covid-19 virus or any other viral or bacterial infectious condition. Client further represents that it has signed this waiver and release voluntarily and that it had the right and opportunity to consult with an attorney or anyone else of their choice prior to signing this waiver and release of claims. Client acknowledges that by voluntarily utilizing the services of Bru Med for any travel related services, that the client knowingly and voluntarily assumes the risk associated with possible exposure to the Covid-19 Virus or any other viral or bacterial infectious condition. Client expressly agrees to be responsible for their own health and welfare and assumes any and all risks, known and unknown, with respect to exposure to the Covid-19 Virus or any other viral or bacterial infectious condition. The client understands that there are potential and unavoidable risks associated with travel during the Covid-19 pandemic in addition to any other viral or bacterial infectious condition. Client further understands that they may have existing medical conditions which could be complicated by exposure to the Covid-19 Virus or any other viral or bacterial infectious condition and nevertheless agrees to utilize the services of Bru Med for any travel related activity. Client acknowledges that independent parties, over whom Bru Med has no control over the methods and manner in which they carry out their operations, including but not limited to tour operators, local tour guides, airports, airlines, cruise lines, hotels or places of accommodation, restaurants, tourism sites, bus operators, taxis, and other modes of transportation, accommodation and meals may or may not have stated policies with regard to Covid-19 or any other viral or bacterial infectious condition and that in certain cases those policies may not be enforced in which case it will be the responsibility of the client to take all necessary and reasonable measures to safeguard their own health and safety including but not limited to utilizing face masks, facial coverings, gloves, use of hand sanitizers, and disinfecting any surfaces that the client may come in contact with. In addition to the responsibilities of the client with regard to the foregoing, that Bru Med has made reasonable inquiry based upon the best available information available to Bru Med at the time with regard to any tour operators, airports, airlines, cruise lines, hotels or places of accommodation, restaurants, tourism sites, bus operators, taxis, and other modes of transportation, accommodation and meals and pandemic protective policies, however, changes to those policies may occur with little or no notice to Bru Med. In consideration for utilizing the services of Bru Med, client releases and discharges, and by these presents does for themself, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns, release, acquit and forever discharge Bru Med and all of their respective principles, agents, officers, directors, employees and any other persons, firms and corporations related thereto, of and from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses, compensation, and all consequential damages on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all known and unknown consequences from exposure to Covid-19 Virus or any other viral or bacterial infectious condition. As indicated in the preceding paragraph, it will be necessary to utilize the services of independent parties over whom Bru Med Has no control over the methods and manner in which they carry out their operations as well as their policies for refund, return and/or credit, including but not limited to tour operators, local tour guides, airports, airlines, cruise lines, train service, bus operators, taxis, any other form of ground transportation, restaurants, hotels and places of accommodation, tourist attractions/sites, as well as any other mode of transportation, accommodations and meals. That should the client decide to cancel their travel arrangements after final payment has been made and/or if governmental action, or action by the aforementioned independent parties require a postponement or cancellation of those travel arrangements, it is understood and the client agrees that it shall abide by any refund, return and/or credit policies of the tour operator, local tour guides, airlines, cruise lines, train service, bus operators, taxis, any form of ground transportation, restaurants, hotels and places of accommodations and meals and that the client shall not have or exercise any recourse against Bru Med for refund, return or credit for monies paid by client.

Client agrees that the foregoing represent a material condition for Bru Med to agree to provide services to the client and that but for the foregoing Bru Med would not permit the client to utilize their services.
